What NEW functions does the Purchase Account offer?

With the launch of the Lyoness Store Vouchers, your Purchase Account has also been improved and has been split into three separate areas:

Shopping Vouchers
Loyalty Vouchers
Unallocated payments

The NEW Lyoness Shopping Vouchers!

Shopping Vouchers are ideal for your purchases with Lyoness and provide you with an abundance of shopping opportunities. They can be used to order Vouchers/Gift Cards and lots of other products from the Lyoness Store. Immediately after you have purchased them, the Shopping Vouchers will be credited to your Purchase Account.

The NEW Lyoness Loyalty Vouchers!

In addition to the Shopping Vouchers, the new Loyalty Voucher is also expanding your Lyoness world of Benefits. All Loyalty Credits that you receive from Lyoness will be available in your Purchase Account as Loyalty Vouchers. These can be used for Loyalty Merchants Gift Cards, Online Registrations, and the Lyoness Store.

Please note: Loyalty Vouchers CANNOT be redeemed directly at the Lyoness Loyalty Merchants.

NOTE: Full Payment for a Voucher/Gift Card Purchase made simultaneously with a Part Payment/ Down Payment for a Voucher/Gift Card Order will be booked as Lyoness Loyalty Voucher.

The New Lyoness Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers is the perfect gift idea. It is a blessing to the people you love and care to experience the wonderful shopping experience with Lyoness and embrace all the current and upcoming Benefits.

From now on the money in your purchase account also can be used to generate Gift Vouchers, which can be forwarded to any existing or new Lyoness Member within the same currency.

The receiver can immediately redeem this Gift Voucher through his/her Lyoness Online Office and use it to buy Loyalty Merchant Vouchers/Gift Cards or the products from the Lyoness store.

What are “Unallocated Payments”?

When you have made a transfer to Lyoness, your payment will automatically be marked as “Unallocated Payment” in your Purchase Account Overview. To enable you to take advantage of the Lyoness Benefits, you need to order your desired products, such as Vouchers/Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers from the Lyoness Store. As soon as your order has been registered, it will be taken from your “Unallocated Payment.”

Due to this change to your Purchase Account, the available shopping credit in your Purchase Account will be marked as "Unallocated Payment."
