How can I participate in the online Loyalty Merchant Programme?

  1. Registration
    Use our online form and give us your Loyalty Merchant and shop information. Your information will be subsequently reviewed by us in order to make sure that it complies with our basic criteria regarding the meaningfulness of a long term partnership.
  2. Integration into the Lyoness Network
    After a successful review, your online shop will be added to the system and integrated into the Lyoness network.
  3. Technical adjustment of your online shop
    In order to accurately allocate future purchases (sales) within the Lyoness Online Loyalty Merchant Programme and to ensure our Member Benefit, some technical changes need to be made to your online store. A detailed guide will be made available to you. Without these changes, your shop cannot be accepted.
  4. Activation
    After the successful installation of the necessary changes we will check the correct operation by carrying out some test sales. As long as all necessary data such as store description, logos, etc. are made available to us, your shop will then be activated.
