Online shopping with Lyoness
A simple, secure, convenient way to get money back

1. How does Lyoness Online Shopping work?

Register and log in to www.lyoness.com.au with your user name and password. Once you have logged in, you can find the right loyalty merchant by doing a loyalty merchant search or by looking at the store overview.

2. Which stores can I shop in?

Once you have found the loyalty merchant you want, click on the logo or on the 'Shop Online Now!' button. The selected store will open in a new window and you can then make your purchase according to the online store's particular terms of use. 3. When do I get money back?

Within 24 hours you will be able to see your purchase online under My Purchases / Pending Purchases. As soon as your purchase is complete, bearing in mind exchange and delivery times, your reimbursement will be credited to your cash account.
