1. How does Lyoness Online Shopping work?

Login with your username and password at www.lyoness.net. Once you have logged in, you can find the loyalty partner of your choice using the loyalty partner search, or by looking for them in the store overview.

2. Which stores can I use?

Once you have found the Lyoness loyalty partner of your choice, click on the logo or the “shop online now” tab. The chosen store will open in a new window and you can then make your purchase using the loyalty partner’s user instructions. Further information regarding online shopping can be found in our FAQs.

3. When do I receive money back?

Within 24 hours, you will be able to see your purchases online under „My Purchases / Pending Purchases“. As soon as your purchase is complete, bearing in mind exchange and delivery time, you will receive your reimbursement in your cash account.
