1. Where can I get vouchers?

You can order Cashback Vouchers from your Lyoness regional office, by telephone, online or in writing. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your purchasing account. You can find further details regarding the ordering process once you have logged into the website, under “Info & Service / Downloads”.

2. How can I redeem a voucher?

When you tick the „voucher” option in the advanced partner company search, you can see the voucherpartner of your choice. You then use the Lyoness partner company’s vouchers to pay for your purchases, as if it was money. You can use the vouchers to go shopping yourself, or they can be used by friends, family or colleagues.

3. And then I really receive money back?

Yes, as soon as the voucher order is completed, you will receive your reimbursement in your reimbursement account.
