1. Where do I get gift cards?

You can order Cashback gift cards through your Lyoness regional office, by phone, online or in writing. The gift card amount will then be debited from your Lyoness purchase account. For more about the ordering procedure, log into the website and check “Info & Service / Downloads.”

2. How can I redeem gift cards?

If you activate the “Gift cards” checkbox in the advanced loyalty merchant search, you will see a list of Lyoness loyalty merchants for gift cards.
You then use the original gift cards from the Lyoness loyalty merchants as if they were cash to pay for your purchases.

3. And then I really receive money back?

Yes, as soon as the gift card order is completed, you will receive your Lyoness benefits immediately in the form of Cashbacks credited to your cash account.
