1. How do I pay with the Cashback Card?

Present your Cashback Card at the cash register of the Lyoness loyalty merchant before paying for your purchases. The Lyoness Cashback Card is not legal tender. It merely serves to record your purchase and calculate the Cashback amount resulting from that purchase.

2. When do I get money back?

Your Cashback is recorded when you make the purchase and appears on www.lyoness.us under the menu point “My purchases” or “Pending purchases”. The Cashback is immediately credited to your purchase account.

3. Which Cashback Card loyalty merchant is closest to me?

You can quickly find the Cashback Card loyalty merchant of your choice by running a loyalty merchant search on the website. Before running the search, simply activate the “Cashback Card” checkbox.

The selection when shopping is easy, too. The Lyoness loyalty merchants are clearly marked as such on a sticker in the entrance or check-out area.
