1. How does online shopping with Lyoness work?

You register and then log in with your username and password at www.lyoness.us. Once you have logged in, you can find the appropriate loyalty merchant either by running a loyalty merchant search or by looking in the store overview.

2. In which stores can I shop?

After you have found the loyalty merchant you want, click on the logo or on the button for going to the given online shop. The selected store will open in a new window, and you can then make your purchase according to the given online shop's terms of use. For further information on online shopping, consult the FAQs.

3. When do I get money back?

Within 24 hours your purchases are displayed online under "My purchases" or "Pending purchases." Your reimbursement is credited to your cash account as soon as your purchase is complete, taking into account applicable exchange deadlines and delivery periods.
