1. Where do I get Vouchers?

You can order the Cashback Vouchers by telephone, online or in writing. The payment will then be taken from your Lyoness Purchase Account.

2. How can I redeem gift cards?

If you activate the "Gift cards" checkbox in the advanced loyalty merchant search, you will see a list of Lyoness loyalty merchants for gift cards.
You then use the original gift cards from the Lyoness loyalty merchants as if they were cash to pay for your purchases.

3. And then I really receive money back?

Yes, as soon as the gift card order is completed, you will receive your Lyoness benefits immediately in the form of Cashbacks credited to your cash account.
