Lyoness - the Company

Founded in 2003, Lyoness offers its Members money back with every purchase. What started out in four countries has since evolved into an international company which creates a unique Win-Win situation for everyone involved. Lyoness has created a global network from which Members and Loyalty Merchants can benefit: Members receive money back, while Loyalty Merchants gain loyal customers and provide them with special benefits.

Lyoness is currently active in 33 European countries as well as in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, South Africa and in the Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, New Zealand) with more than 4 million members worldwide.

Four shopping possibilities

With Lyoness, the right type of shopping is always available to its members: whether it is with the Cashback Card, with mobile coupons (Mobile Cashback), with original vouchers / gift cards of Loyalty Merchants or with online shopping - Members always receive money back with every purchase.

Borderless shopping

Currently more than 40,000 Loyalty Merchants in 45 countries around the world provide unlimited shopping opportunities, there are also around 5,000 online stores which offer a selection of over 170 million items - in 45 countries.

Corporate Social Responsibility - The Lyoness Foundations

As well as Members and Loyalty Merchants, people in need also benefit, thanks to the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation. Founded in May 2008 as a charitable organisation, a part of all purchases made through Lyoness go directly to the Foundation.

In 2011, a further Foundation named Greenfinity was launched which promotes sustainable global environment protection. It conducts innovative climate protection projects and invests in renewable energy.

It's very easy: Simply complete the Friendship Flyer together with a Lyoness Member and you will become a Member of the Shopping Community, free of charge. Your Recommender will then either send the completed Flyer to the responsible Lyoness Regional Office, or enter the details together with you via the Online Flyer Registration in the Lyoness Online Office – so you can start your free Membership without delay!

You will receive your personal Member ID and your login details for your Online Office via SMS and Email.

How does it work? Very simple: Lyoness offers an unbeatable network of chain stores, SMEs and online Loyalty Merchants, enabling advantageous shopping in all sectors worldwide. Members can currently shop at 40,000 Loyalty Merchants and 5,000 Online Loyalty Merchants stores to make the most of the Cashback Benefit.

Cashback

With every purchase the member will receive credit up to 2% of the purchase value on his/her personal Cash Account, thus saving a continually increasing amount in his personal Cash Account. From a certain amount, it will be paid to the private bank account of the member, without any deductions.

Friendship bonus

Recommend Lyoness to others! As a Recommender, you will receive a 0.5% of purchase revenue generated by the newly recommended Member (the so-called direct friendship bonus). If this member also recommends Lyoness to a new Member, you will receive a further 0.5% of purchase revenue generated by this new Member (the so-called indirect friendship bonus)
