1. How do I use my Cashback Card?

Show your Cashback Card as you pay for your purchases with a Lyoness retailer and pay the invoice. The Lyoness Cashback Card is not a payment device, and only serves to calculate your reimbursement based on your purchase. Then, with every purchase you make using your Cashback Card, you will receive money back.

2. How do I receive money back?

Any purchases you make will be registered by the system, and your immediate reimbursement will then show up on the website at www.lyoness.us under “My Purchases / Pending Purchases”. The reimbursement will then be placed in your reimbursement account.

3. Where is my nearest Cashback Card Partner?

Using the retailer search on the website, you can quickly find the Cashback Card Partner of your choice: Simply tick the “Cashback Card” option when doing the retailer search.

The choice is also easy when you’re shopping: Lyoness retailers have a sticker, which is clearly visible, by the entrance and payment areas of all their branches.
