Important Information for registering a new ticket
US member or Business Partner with the new US Business Ticket

As you may be aware, since the Lyoness Sensation on September 18, 2010, we now have a new US Business Ticket. As of October 4, 2010, the old Business Flyer will no longer be accepted.

Please note that the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) have also changed slightly and are more beneficial to new Members / Business Partners, as the 10-day waiting period is now no longer necessary.

Once you have received the US Business Flyer from your Referrer, you will notice that there are two separate parts to the GTCs. One part is for “Members” and the other part is for “Business Partners.” If you wish to register as a Member, then you need to complete the last page of the “Member Agreement,” which has a blue header. If you wish to register as a Business Partner (i.e, you are making a down payment for future purchases of 7/3/3), then you need to complete the last page of the “Business Partner Agreement” with the green header.

You should print, and sign your name on the relevant page and then date it. You then need to complete the registration form. Both of these completed documents need to be sent to the office, servicecenter spam@gohere.go lyoness.us together on one A4 sheet.

It is important to note that one of the following US tax numbers is required for ALL registrations:

For private customers:

Social Security Number (SSN)
Individual Taxpayer ID Number (ITIN)
Employer Identification Number (EIN)

For a Company:

Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Without one of the above tax numbers, your registration will not be accepted.
If you have further questions / queries regarding the registration process, please feel free to contact us at servicecenter spam@gohere.go lyoness.us.

Tax Regulations

For Compensatory Payments of $600 or more issued in any calendar year to a U.S. individual (i.e., U.S. citizen, permanent resident or resident alien), partnership or limited liability company, U.S. tax regulations require Lyoness to obtain from such individual or entity a valid Form W-9, including either a Social Security Number, an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number or an Employer Identification Number and to file with the Internal Revenue Service a Form 1099-MISC. Failure to furnish the above information will result in backup withholding. You should consult your tax advisor for questions about your specific situation and on how to report your 1099-MISC income on your income tax return.

Notice for non-US Customers
If the Customer chooses to carry out any activity to recommend the LYONESS System to U.S. individuals (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or U.S. resident alien) or U.S. companies (collectively, “U.S. Persons”), any and all contractual obligations of LYONESS under these General Business Terms with respect with such activities, including the payment of commissions, reimbursement and other benefits, shall irrevocably be assigned and transferred to Lyoness Holding U.S. Inc. (“Lyoness U.S.”), a LYONESS subsidiary. Pursuant to U.S. Treasury Regulations, any payment of commissions by Lyoness U.S. to the Customer will be subject to a U.S. 30% withholding tax. Please consult a U.S. tax advisor regarding any U.S. tax filing requirements.

We wish you lots of success with the set-up of your Lyoness business and shopping community.
