1. Where can I get vouchers?

You can order Cashback Vouchers from your Lyoness regional office, by telephone, online or in writing. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your purchase account. You can find further details regarding the ordering process once you have logged into the website, under “Info & Service / Downloads”.

2. How can I redeem a voucher?

When you tick the „voucher” option in the advanced loyalty partner search, you can see the voucher loyalty partner of your choice. You then use the Lyoness loyalty partner’s vouchers to pay for your purchases, as if it was money. You can use the vouchers to go shopping yourself, or they can be used by friends, family or colleagues.

3. And then I really receive money back?

Yes, as soon as the voucher order is completed, you will receive your reimbursement in your cash account.
