Yes, otherwise no automatic settlement will take place for the transactions carried out through Lyoness and our Members cannot receive any assignable Lyoness benefits.
No, such an effort is by not justifiable. The current technology is proven worldwide and is a basis for accurate and automated invoicing.

Sales are always processed by the Loyalty Partners themselves – only they know which customer purchases were accepted and paid for and which were returned.
Each Loyalty Partner has the opportunity (subject to availability and interesting/ attractive offers) to be mentioned in a regional newsletter, if the subject matter corresponds to the newsletter topic.
The set-up fees are a purely nominal value with no relation to actual manual and financial costs which eBiz will incur for the implementation of a store. Given that eBiz provides a licensed product for the tracking technology, the charges for it will be settled among the other costs.

Yes. Every Loyalty Partner can and should feature a link to Lyoness. However, the registered users will not automatically be added to the store owner´s Lifeline as they do not necessarily have to be Premium Members. A concept for Premium Members is under development.
It is the period of time between the occurrence of a sale (purchase) in the Lyoness Office System and the actual confirmation via the online shop operator. It usually takes 40 days.
The € 19 is a fixed monthly charge that will only be payable when at least 10 purchases take place on the Loyalty Partner platform within a month. If the community is not interested in your product listing, you will not have to pay the monthly charge. For shops listed in several countries, all sales from all countries will be accumulated.
