Costs for accepting online stores

The costs to be a part of the Lyoness Online World are split into two areas: a one-time set-up fee for the implementation and a monthly network charge.

Initial Set-up Fee
As part of the Loyalty Merchant integration, a one-time fee for the set-up of your online store in the Lyoness Online World is payable. Following the positive review of pre-conditions as well as data, you will be incorporated into our internal systems. You will then receive codes for your integration into our website, including a detailed manual. Once you have entered these codes and we have received the set-up fee, we will carry out some test sales in order to activate you in the Lyoness website. We will of course require some information and data from you, such as for example, the company logo, your detailed description for the Loyalty Merchant page and possibly launch specials for our Voucher Code pages, etc.

Monthly Network Charge
The monthly network charge is defined through the standard cost conditions that will be operated for your store on our platform. These are uniform charges of € 19 per month, regardless of country. However, these charges are only payable when the Lyoness shopping community makes at least 10 purchases from your store per month, during the current month.
