Order Shopping Voucher or go to our
Voucher Order Form.
3. Voucher selection
- Select “Lyoness Store (Shopping Voucher)” from the list of Loyalty Merchants on the Voucher order form
4. Value & number of Vouchers
- Determine the Voucher value; Vouchers can be issued for a value between EUR 10 and EUR 5,000.
- If you would like to purchase another Shopping Voucher of a different value, go to a new line and select the Shopping Voucher with the desired value.
5. Delivery
- After the order has been completed successfully, the Lyoness Shopping Voucher will be credited to your Purchase Account automatically.
- Vouchers are NOT sent by email or by post.
6. Payment
- The Lyoness Shopping Vouchers credited to your Purchase Account are used to pay for your order. Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order.
- If you do not have the necessary credit in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness. Your order will be saved and processed after your payment has been booked.
- It is NOT possible to make a Down Payment/Part Payment for Shopping Vouchers.
7. Order confirmation
- Click on the “Continue” button on the bottom left to be directed to the order overview. Enter your PIN code to verify your identity.
- Press the “Order now” button at the end of the ordering process to place your order.
8. Order completed successfully
- You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been registered.
9. Voucher receipt
- Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order. The ordered Shopping Vouchers will then be credited to your Purchase Account automatically.
- If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of your previous payments, the Shopping Vouchers will be booked automatically as soon as your payment has been received.
- You can view and print the Voucher under “Completed Purchases” at any time. By clicking on the print symbol in the respective entry line a PDF will open and the Voucher can be printed directly or saved. (The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to open and print the PDF file.)

- Choose the desired number of Gift Vouchers.
5. Delivery
- After the Gift Voucher has been purchased successfully, it is immediately available for downloading as a PDF file; it can then be saved, printed and given away as a present. (The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to open and print the PDF file.)
- Vouchers are NOT sent by email or by post.

- The Lyoness Shopping Vouchers credited to your Purchase Account are used to pay for your order. Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order.
- Gift Vouchers can be purchased only if there is sufficient credit in the Purchase Account.
- It is NOT possible to make a Part Payment/Down Payment for Gift Vouchers.

By clicking on the print symbol in the respective booking line a PDF will open and the Voucher can be printed directly or saved. If you have added a Voucher to your order, you will see a small red cross next to “Amount to be paid” on the right side. Click on this button to remove the Voucher from your order.
In case of Shopping Vouchers:
If you do not have sufficient credit in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness. Your order will be saved and the ordered Shopping Vouchers will be added to your Shopping Voucher account automatically as soon as your payment has been received.
It is NOT possible to make a Part Payment/Down Payment for Shopping Vouchers.
In case of Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers can only be purchased, if there is sufficient credit in the
Purchase Account. If you try to order Gift Vouchers with insufficient credit, an error message will be displayed. If you do not have sufficient credit in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness or purchase Shopping Vouchers. It is NOT possible to make a Part Payment/Down Payment for Gift Vouchers.
Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order. The purchased Shopping Vouchers will then be booked in your Shopping Voucher Account automatically.

All Lyoness Store Vouchers (Shopping, Loyalty, Gift and Mobile Vouchers) can be redeemed within 24 months from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is stated directly on the Voucher.

Completed Purchases whilst being logged in.
How to retrieve your Gift Voucher in your Purchase Overview:

You can go directly to the Purchase Overview by clicking on the link
Completed Purchases. If the order was placed some time ago, select the desired period of time in the filter and click on the “Filter” button to display.
Printing Vouchers:
1. Select your order under
Completed Purchases.
2. Go to the Purchase Overview and click on the “Print Voucher(s)” button in the respective line. If the button is not active, the Voucher has already been redeemed.
3. The file containing the Voucher will be down loaded, opened with
Adobe Acrobat Reader and is then available for printing.
You can print your Voucher as often as desired, but the gift code itself can be used only
once. As soon as the Voucher in a Purchase Account has been redeemed, the button will be deactivated.
You can order an unlimited number of Gift Vouchers (worth between EUR 10 and EUR 1,000) at once.
Go to our order page for Gift Vouchers. Different options are available:
- If you want to create several Vouchers for the same value, please enter the desired number in the order form.
- If you want to order several Vouchers for different values, please complete the order form for every Voucher individually and complete each individual order.
An invoice will be issued for orders of Lyoness Store Vouchers. As usual, it is available for downloading in your personal Online Office under
My invoices.
