As a Lyoness Member, you can redeem your Gift Voucher simply in your Online Office by clicking on Redeem Gift Voucher. All you need is your 12-digits Voucher Code which can be found on the Gift Voucher. Once you have redeemed your Voucher Code, the amount will be credited to your Purchase Account as shopping credit. This will provide you with an abundance of shopping opportunities.

IMPORTANT: Gift Vouchers CANNOT BE REDEEMED DIRECTLY with a Lyoness Loyalty Partner. They can be used to purchase Mobile Vouchers or order items from the Lyoness Store. Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years and can be redeemed by Lyoness Members anywhere with the same currency.

Purchasing Shopping Vouchers and Gift Vouchers

How do I order a Lyoness Shopping Voucher?

1. Log onto www.lyoness.net using your login data.
2. Click on Order Shopping Voucher or go to our Voucher Order Form.
3. Voucher selection

Select "Lyoness Store (Shopping Voucher)" from the list of Loyalty Partners on the Voucher order form

4. Value & number of Vouchers

Determine the Voucher value; Vouchers can be issued for a value between AED 50 and AED 25,000.
If you would like to purchase another Shopping Voucher of a different value, go to a new line and select the Shopping Voucher with the desired value.

5. Delivery

Once the order is successfully completed, the Lyoness Shopping Voucher will automatically be credited to your Purchase Account.
Vouchers are NOT sent by email or by post.

6. Payment

The Lyoness Shopping Vouchers credited to your Purchase Account are used to pay for your order. Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order.
If you do not have the necessary funds in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness. Your order will be saved and processed as soon as your payment is settled.
It is NOT possible to make a Down Payment/Partial Payment for Shopping Vouchers.

7. Order confirmation

Click on the "Continue" button at the bottom left to be directed to the order overview. Enter your PIN code to verify your identity.
Press the "Order now" button at the end of the ordering process to place your order.

8. Order completed successfully

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is registered.

9. Voucher receipt

Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order. The ordered Shopping Vouchers will then be credited to your Purchase Account automatically.
If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of your previous payments, the Shopping Vouchers will be booked automatically as soon as your payment is received.
You can view and print the Voucher under "Completed Purchases" at any time. By clicking on the print symbol in the respective entry line a PDF will open and the Voucher can be printed directly or saved. (The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to open and print the PDF file.)

How do I order a Lyoness Gift Voucher?

1. Log onto www.lyoness.net using your login data.
2. Click on Order Gift Voucher or go to our Voucher Order Form.
3. Voucher selection

If not pre-set, select "Lyoness Store (Gift Voucher)" from the list of Loyalty Partners on the Voucher order form.

4. Value & number of Vouchers

Determine the value of the Gift Voucher. The Voucher can be issued for a value between AED 50 and AED 5,000.
Choose the desired number of Gift Vouchers.

5. Delivery

Once the Gift Voucher is successfully purchased, it will be immediately available for downloading as a PDF file; it can then be saved, printed and given away as a present. (The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to open and print the PDF file.)
Vouchers are NOT sent by email or by post.

6. Payment

The Lyoness Shopping Vouchers credited to your Purchase Account are used to pay for your order. Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order.
Gift Vouchers can only be purchased if there are sufficient funds in the Purchase Account.
It is NOT possible to make a Down Payment/Partial Payment for Shopping Vouchers.

7. Order confirmation

How do I delete a Voucher from the Voucher order form?

If you have added a Voucher to your order, you will see a small red cross next to "Amount Payable" on the right hand side. Click on this button to remove the Voucher from your order.

What happens if the order amount exceeds the total credit in my Purchase Account?

In case of Shopping Vouchers:

If you do not have sufficient funds in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness. Your order will be saved and the ordered Shopping Vouchers will be added to your Shopping Voucher account automatically as soon as your payment is settled.
It is NOT possible to make a Down Payment/Partial Payment for Shopping Vouchers.

In case of Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers can only be purchased, if there is sufficient credit in the Purchase Account. If you try to order Gift Vouchers with insufficient funds, an error message will be displayed. If you do not have sufficient funds in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness or purchase Shopping Vouchers. It is NOT possible to make a Down Payment/Partial Payment for Shopping Vouchers.

How do I receive my Shopping Voucher?

Any unallocated payments in your Purchase Account will be used first to pay for your order. The purchased Shopping Vouchers will then be automatically booked in your Shopping Voucher Account.
If you do not have sufficient funds in your Purchase Account, we kindly ask you to transfer the respective amount to Lyoness. Your order will be saved and processed as soon as your payment is received and added to your Shopping Voucher credit.
You can view and print the Gift Voucher under Completed Purchases at any time. How long are Lyoness Store Vouchers valid for?

All Lyoness Store Vouchers (Shopping, Loyalty, Gift and Mobile Vouchers) are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is stated directly on the Voucher.

How do I print a Gift Voucher at home?

Once the order is successfully completed, the "Print Gift Voucher" button will be displayed on the order confirmation page. By clicking on this button, a PDF will open and the Voucher can be printed directly or saved. (The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to open and print the PDF file.)

Printing Vouchers:
1. Select your order under Completed Purchases.
2. Go to the Purchase Overview and click on the "Print Voucher(s)" button next to the respective booking order. If the button is not active, then this means that the Voucher has already been fully redeemed.
3. The file containing the Voucher can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader and can then be printed.
You can print your Voucher as often as desired, but the gift code itself can be used only once. As soon as the Voucher in a Purchase Account is redeemed, the button will be deactivated.

How can I order a larger number of Gift Vouchers at once?

You can order an unlimited number of Gift Vouchers (worth between AED 50 and AED 5,000) at once.
Go to our order page for Gift Vouchers. Different options are available:

If you want to create several Vouchers for the same value, please enter the desired number in the order form.
If you want to order several Vouchers for different values, please complete the order form for every Voucher individually and complete each individual order.

Do I receive an invoice when ordering Lyoness Store Vouchers?

An invoice will be issued for orders of Lyoness Store Vouchers. As usual, it is available for downloading in your personal Online Office under My invoices.

Redeeming Shopping Vouchers and Gift Vouchers

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher online?

As a Lyoness Member you can activate your Gift Voucher in your Online Office under "Redeem Gift Vouchers". Log onto www.lyoness.net using your login data. Fill in the 12-character gift code in the provided field on the order form or enter your gift code – taking into consideration the use of the correct upper and lower case letters – in the respective box and click on "Redeem Voucher".
Once the gift code is redeemed, the amount will be credited to your Purchase Account as a Shopping Voucher.
If you want to redeem more than one Voucher:
Please enter one gift code first and click on "Redeem Voucher". Enter the next gift code and click on "Redeem Voucher" again. Continue with other Vouchers in the same way.

I have not saved/printed my Voucher/I have deleted my Voucher by mistake. What do I do now?

Read section How do I print a Gift Voucher at home?

The system does not accept the gift code. What can I do?

There can be various reasons why the gift code is not accepted when presented. In most cases, letters or numbers are misplaced. We therefore recommend copying the gift code into the field provided on the order form if possible, as this is the simplest and safest way to get the correct information.

The Voucher was issued in another currency. Please check the currency on your Voucher. Vouchers can be redeemed in the countries that accept the same currency mentioned on them.

The gift code has already been entered . If the gift code has already been saved by the system, an error message will be displayed when entered again notifying you that the Voucher has been redeemed. Please delete the gift code from the provided field.

If none of the above listed reasons applies, please check if the Terms and Conditions for Redemption have been fulfilled. If you need further help, please don't hesitate to contact our Service Centre.

What happens if I do not use up my Shopping Voucher all at once?

Lyoness Store Vouchers may be partially redeemed, i.e. the required amount is deducted from the Shopping Voucher credit and the remaining Voucher value will be saved in your Purchase Account until the validity expires. The current account balance can be seen in your Purchase Account at any time. Here you can also redeem other Gift Vouchers for later use.

Can I check the use of individual Vouchers?

You can monitor the use of your Lyoness Store Vouchers. Please go to Completed Purchases: here you can see when a Voucher was credited to your account and the amount deducted from a Lyoness Store Voucher. Furthermore, refunds from cancelled or returned orders which are credited to your Purchase Account can be monitored here.

Does the use of a Shopping Voucher affect the delivery costs?

The delivery cost of Vouchers is not affected by how the Vouchers are bought (through shopping Voucher or any other means). If an order is worth AED 1000 or more, it is to be delivered free of charge and will remain so until the Voucher is fully redeemed. If delivery costs are charged for your order, payment can be done using your Shopping Voucher provided that credit covers the order’s value and delivery cost.

What happens if I return an order which was paid for using a Shopping Voucher?

If you return an order which was paid for using a Voucher, the corresponding credit will be refunded to your Purchase Account under ”unallocated payment“. You can then generate a new Shopping Voucher at any time.

Can I redeem a Lyoness Shopping or Gift Voucher directly at a Lyoness Loyalty Partner?

No, all Lyoness Store Vouchers can only be DIRECTLY redeemed with Lyoness.
The Gift Voucher must first be redeemed under Redeem Voucher.
Lyoness Shopping Vouchers can be used to pay for Mobile Vouchers and to order Vouchers/Gift Cards and other items from the Lyoness Store.

I have placed my order. Can I still redeem my Gift Voucher with this order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem Gift Vouchers together with orders that have already been processed; however, the Gift Voucher can be redeemed alone. The Voucher will be credited to your Purchase Account under "Shopping Voucher".

Open orders:
If you still have an open order due to insufficient funds in your Purchase Account, you can use a Gift Voucher to pay for the open order.
Log onto your Purchase Account using your email address and password and select Redeem Vouchers.

Which regulations apply when redeeming Gift Vouchers?

These Terms of Use will apply to all purchased Lyoness Store Shopping and Gift Vouchers.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Lyoness Europe AG will apply to the Lyoness Store Shopping Vouchers and Gift Vouchers and are available at www.lyoness.net.
Voucher orders (Shopping and Gift Vouchers) may only be cancelled by the regional Lyoness office, if the Voucher has not been redeemed.

You must be a Lyoness Member to redeem a Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers can only be credited to your Purchase Account in the same currency as of the generated Gift Voucher and CANNOT be redeemed directly at a Lyoness Loyalty Partner.
Lyoness Store Gift Vouchers must be credited to your Purchase Account by the end of the second year after purchasing the Voucher ("expiry date").
This is done using the "Redeem Gift Voucher" option at www.lyoness.net. Through this process your Gift Voucher will be credited to your Purchase Account as a Shopping Voucher.
From then onwards, the regulations for Shopping Vouchers will apply.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, topped up, exchanged for goods or transferred to another Lyoness Member account. Furthermore, it is not permitted to resell Gift Vouchers.

Lyoness assumes no liability for any typing errors in the email address of the Voucher recipient. Lyoness also assumes no liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed forwarding (for example due to technical difficulties) of Gift Vouchers.

In the event of a fraud, attempted fraud or other illegal act being suspected relating to the Gift Voucher purchase or Voucher redemption, Lyoness is entitled to cancel the Voucher and demand an alternative payment method. There is no claim for activation or payment of the affected Vouchers.

Once purchased, Shopping Vouchers will be credited to your Purchase Account.
Lyoness Store Shopping Vouchers are valid until the end of the second year from the date of purchase the Voucher ("expiry date").
Shopping Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.lyoness.net for items from the Lyoness Store and CANNOT be directly redeemed from a Lyoness Loyalty Partner. If you do not have sufficient Lyoness Store Shopping Vouchers to pay for your order, you can pay the difference with another payment method offered by Lyoness.

Lyoness Store Shopping Vouchers can be used to purchase items from the Lyoness Store.
Shopping Vouchers cannot be redeemed on websites other than the permitted ones.
Shopping Vouchers or the credit in the Purchase Account cannot be exchanged for cash, topped up, exchanged for goods or transferred to another Lyoness Member account. Furthermore, it is not permitted to resell Shopping Vouchers.

Shopping Vouchers are ideal for your purchases from the Lyoness Store and provide you with an abundance of shopping opportunities. They can be used to order Mobile Vouchers as well as Vouchers/Gift Cards and items from the Lyoness Store. As soon as you purchase them, the Shopping Vouchers will be credited to your Purchase Account.

Shopping Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Shopping Vouchers can only be redeemed by Lyoness Members. Shopping Vouchers can be ordered as a minimum Full Payment Voucher/Gift Card Purchase Order with a value of AED 1,000 or AED 2,500. However, it is not possible to make a Down Payment/Partial Payment for a Shopping Voucher.

What are Loyalty Vouchers?
Starting beginning of 2013, the Loyalty Vouchers credited to your Purchase Account Overview will now be activated. You will receive more information about the same once activated.

What are “Unallocated Payments”?
When you make a money transfer to Lyoness, your payment is automatically marked as “Unallocated Payment” in your Purchase Account Overview. To enable you to take advantage of the Lyoness Benefits You need to place an order, such as Vouchers/Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers from the Lyoness Store. As soon as your order is registered, it will be deducted from your “Unallocated Payment”.
