|
1. Log on to www.lyoness.net and use the Loyalty Merchant Search function to search for the Loyalty Merchant you are looking for. 2. When you have found the online shop you want, click on the Loyalty Merchant's logo or the 'Shop online now!' button. The selected store will open in a new window and you can then make your purchase as usual, in accordance with the online store's respective terms of use. 3. As you are entering the online shop via the Lyoness website, you will be recognized as a Lyoness member and your purchase will be registered accordingly. 4. NB. When shopping online - with just a few exceptions - the value of the Lyoness benefits will generally be calculated from the net value of your purchase. In the majority of cases, postage, packing and handling costs will not be included in the reimbursement. 5. As soon as your purchase is complete, bearing in mind exchange and delivery times, you will receive your Lyoness benefits in the form of credits to your preferred account - which depends on your settings under 'My Lyoness / My Reimbursements / Options'. 6. NB. It can take a while for the benefit to be shown in your web office depending on when purchase is confirmed by the Online Shop.
1. Your browser, your anti-spyware and your antivirus software must allow cookies so you can be recognized as a Lyoness member and your purchase can be registered and credited. 2. Provided the Loyalty Merchant you want to shop with online, accepts vouchers for online shopping, you can pay with them. You will receive a reimbursement based on the full retail price. If you have been given a voucher for one of our online shopping Loyalty Merchants as a promotional gift, again you can use this to pay for your purchase. However, Lyoness will only make a reimbursement for the amount left after the value of the voucher has been deducted. For example, if you purchase goods to a value of £ 100.00 and pay for £ 15.00 of this with vouchers, you will receive a reimbursement based on the remaining £ 85.00. If you pay for the entire transaction with vouchers you have received as a promotional gift, you will not receive any reimbursement.
Depending on exchange periods and Loyalty Merchants' delivery times, it can take up to 120 days before your purchase is fully complete. As soon as clearance and payment have been confirmed by the Loyalty Merchant, you will receive the reimbursement for your purchase in your cash account. Please note that complaints must be reported immediately, within no more than seven days. Any complaints received later than this will not be considered by the online shops concerned. To allow us to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible, please send us your receipt together with definitive payment details in digital format as soon as possible to servicecenter@lyoness.co.uk. Depending on the online shop, the reimbursement for your purchase is calculated from either the net or gross value of the purchase, less vouchers, postage & delivery costs, and handling & processing fees. To find out which value each shop uses as a basis for calculating the reimbursement, please see the details for the relevant loyalty customer. Due to the various tax rates, the majority of international Loyalty Merchants base reimbursement on the net value.
Every member can find and access Loyalty Merchants in every available country, including those outside his homeland, via the Loyalty Merchant search function. However, the agreement between the online shops and Lyoness is generally only valid for those countries in which the online shop is listed. Some Loyalty Merchants are only listed in one country, others in several. The reason for this is that some online shops in certain countries do not represent themselves, as another provider holds the sales rights for this country and other shops are not allowed to be active there themselves; or that they have affiliate companies with whom there is no agreement with Lyoness. For example, ottoversand.at is an Austrian company that is only allowed to deliver in Austria for internal reasons. The German company behind otto.de is in turn only responsible for Germany. In general you will receive your reimbursement as normal - meaning the purchase value minus all vouchers, discounts, delivery and handling costs - and there is no problem with the online shop concerned delivering to your country from abroad. However, in this case the online shop is not contractually obliged to pay out the reimbursement. We would like to point out that you shop online with stores in other countries at your own risk and we cannot make reimbursements out of goodwill if a purchase made by a Loyalty Merchant in another country is not recognised. We therefore recommend that you only shop with online shops listed in your own country.
Some of our Loyalty Merchants are international companies that deliver their products to different countries but do not have the content of their web shop in your language. We therefore request your understanding if a lLoyalty Merchants's content happens not to be available in your language.
