A deep engine roar and a gold disc for a good cause
19/09/2010A big part of the Lyoness Sensation in Bratislava was dedicated to the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation. CEO Hubert Freidl and Nina Passegger, Director of the Foundation, presented various charity projects, such as the custom made Harley Davidson Fat Boy and the music project, “The Miracle of Lyoness”, which support the implementation of aid projects, such as the building of the Lyoness Foundation School in Honduras.

Our Charity Harley is rolling for a better world
Under the philosophy „Rolling for Charity“, the unique custom made Harley Davidson Fat Boy ,designed for the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation, has been available to hire since April 2010. Every driven kilometre supports the building of the Lyoness Foundation School in La Ceiba in Honduras. There was a competition for all those that hired the bike to win a weekend with the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation Bike during this year’s European Bike Week at Faak am See. The winner, Martin Birnberger from Söding (Austria) was the lucky winner and was able enjoy the bike for the weekend in Kärnten.

„The Miracle of Lyoness“ goes gold
One of the highlights of the Lyoness Sensation was the gold disc that was awarded for “The Miracle of Lyoness”. The Label “Music of Future” awarded the artists of this unique song project a gold disc, live on stage, for selling more than 10,000 copies of the song in Austria.
With huge beaming smiles, the award was proudly accepted by the 7 main artists – Martin Kohler (Composer), Thomas Schwarzmann (Composer), Nina Stern (Singer and interpreter), DJ Novus (Remix), Wolfgang Moik (Video production), Hubert Freidl (CEO) and Nina Passegger (Lyoness Child & Family Foundation).
“The Miracle of Lyoness” has perfectly captured the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation philosophy “preserving life through education” and is a musical experience that you will definitely hear more about. All proceeds from the sale of the CD go towards the Lyoness Child & Family Foundation education projects.
